Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted sale items (final sale)

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@ofwomwn.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Our support team will review and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ofwomwn.com
  • Please include photos of the issue immediately.
    We will send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different item or color, please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
